Are you interested in owning an indoor or outdoor Firing Range, but are turned off by the high cost of new systems?
I have recently closed down my indoor range in Hawaii and have moved the materials here to Las Vegas, NV. This will need to be assembled at your site.
The range I built was only 2yrs old. It was originally built as a 10 lane range. Each shooting lane being 4ft wide, so 40 ft wide overall. The Length of each lane was 75ft (25yrds). It was originally purchased from Paragon Tactical (www.paragontactical.com), the industry leader in firing ranges nationwide. While the range was designed for the dimensions listed above it is completely modular and can be sized to fit your requirements, larger or smaller. The Trap can take up to .50BMG.
What exactly is included?
1. The bullet trap framework and fittings: This is the backbone that will hold the rubber.
2. The bullet trap rubber: Shaved tractor tire treads. Only the rubber, no belting or fiberglass. It has been recently mined of lead.
3. Deflection baffles: These are 4'x8' AR500 steel plates that attach to the ceiling to deflect errant bullets into the trap. They also include all mounting hardware, chains and mount points...you will need to provide the trusses.
4. Safety Ceiling: More AR500 Steel Plates that are positioned over the firing line. These plate are also mounted with ballistic rubber tiles that prevent ricochets and help with sound abatement.
5. Manual target retrieval system: Consists of pulleys and rails to easily move and retrieve targets down range. I do have all the hardware and angle iron but you will need to provide string or rubber coated wire that operates the pulleys.
6. Ballistic Rubber Tiles for sound abatement and ricochet protection. I have approximately 50 1sqm tiles.
6. Consultation: Included in the price, I can show you my plans, give you advice, and help you get your range up and off the ground.
As for price that is negotiable and since the system is fairly modular I may be willing to sell it in sections or parts. Purchased new this system would be well over $300,000....I am asking $150,000 for it all. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
