I have a Bushnell Tropy Red Dot
it has 4 different reticles in both red or green
it comes with all original paper work, box, mounts,
sun shade, and lens caps
I'm including a 'clonepoint' mount with it

Seems like a fair price to me dude. They are gonna cost somewhere in the 120-130 range at a local store...maybe more. So....yeah...its a good price.
