The 10/22 Trigger Guard assembly looks like it has seen lots of usage. I never used it, I bought it used and immediately switched to a Volquartsen trigger assembly. The black finish is slightly used on the sides but underneath on the trigger guard and magazine release it is pretty worn. No reason it won't work though.
The 80% non-receiver is quite heavy. Some of the work that needs to be done is the top rail machined, cut for the barrel retainer, it looks like some work may be needed in the barrel channel and a couple more holes need to be drilled as well.
The Pride Fowler is scope is very high quality. It is calibrated for the .22LR, the range and windage marks are very clean and visible. 1/4 MOA adjustment, multi coated lens, fog proof, shock proof and water proof. Eye relief is 4.5''.
