AR15 upper, BCG, charging handle .556 - PSA new

New PSA forged flattop upper receiver, BCG, and charging handle for sale. New, never fired. I purchased this complete set from PSA several years ago but since aborted the build. This is the basic generic PSA stuff and I believe I paid about $170 for all three pieces.
