Says MTK-83, made in Belaraus model, features quick screw release and mounts optics about 1 inch above the dust cover.

Nothing wrong with it, just too high of mount for me. Also included is 30mm weaver style rings with 1 inch inserts. Asking 30 Shipped. 25 FTF in SFO/Bay Area. Take discrete paypal or money orders. Thanks for looking.
