This is a Vortex Optics 30mm Quick Release Scope Mount (ADR-30) with 2" offset. It was mounted once, and removed. It's in perfect almost new condition. No scratches. It was made by American Defense for Vortex and as you can see in the pictures, it has both logos. It comes as is, no box. I bought this for around $200.00, yours for $180.00, FTF (at LASD Walnut station) or shipped.
