Purchased new from Midway a few months ago ..... Was mounted on a Glock for a few hundred rounds. Sight performs flawless and is a nice setup
Overall it's in great shape but may show minor signs of wear (glass is scratch free)
Includes box, screws, low mount, manual, cleaning coth and rubber little cover which I trimmed to work while on my Glock .... Only thing I can't find is the little plastic tool it came with (I never used it). I'll keep digging for it however
