I'm sure that mag was dissasembled with no spring or floorplate when it was attached.

S&W upper

Do you have the S&W hammer spring that came with the upper? Who makes the 10 round mag and does it have 5.45X39 follower?

Yes. Comes with the spring, all paper manual, including instructions for changing hammer spring.
