Actually Beretta Holdings owns Burris, Steiner, Laser Devices and several other companies. Laser Devices is the manufacturer of this unit. Beretta decided to label the LD made product at one point with Burris name. Then later decided to label Steiner.
Either way, you would be getting a Laser Devices manufactured unit at a steal...
