Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x Rifle Scope - Brand new in box, never mounted.
The model is CF2-31001 V-Plex Reticle. This is [B]NOT[B] the Rimfire version, it can be mounted on any caliber rifle. 1 inch tube. Great optic, I own a couple of them. Unconditional lifetime warranty.
Burris P.E.P.R. 30mm Mount - Brand new in packaging, never mounted. Comes with smooth top rings and picatinny rail rings. Great mount - very well reviewed all around.
120 rounds of Winchester 5.56 - 5 boxes of XM855 62grain green tip, 1 box of Winchester 55gr FMJ.
525 round box of Remington Golden Bullet .22LR.
Brass Tacks:
The optic MSRPs for $179.00 - You can get one online for $120-140.
The PEPR mount is $60-80 online.
Roughly $120 in ammo.

First $250 takes it all. Located in Modesto - willing to drive to meet you within a reasonable distance.
***For those of you that noticed it's a 30MM mount and an optic with a 1 INCH TUBE - Never fear, I got your back. I backordered a set of standard milspec Ring Reducers to make it fit. I should receive them in a week or so and I'll SHIP them to you free of charge when they arrive.
