I believe Sig 516 Patrol has M1913 Picatinny Rails, in which case, the magnifier will fit. Also, this is just the magnifier, so you'd need either EOTech or any other Red Dot Optic to go with it, of course.

It's got about 2000-2500 rounds of use on a rifle.
