It is interesting. I had a deal with the OP at 1:35pm per PM. The only uncertainty is meeting time since the OP told me that he will probably be able to come to my way in next few days. Then without any headsup, got a PM at 5:20, said it is sold to somebody else. Yes, I did not reply with "I'll take it" but I thought it is "SPF" since I said I have cash in hand and want to meet.

OP, next time put "whoever first replies with "I will take it" gets it" in your "for sale" post.
