WTB: AR 15 upper .556 free float

I am looking to buy a .556 AR 15 complete upper with CH and BCG. I prefer a 12 inch free float hand guard. 1/7, 1/8 or 1/9 is fine. Im located in Sacramento so ftf is preferred.
I am looking to spend around $450 for the right setup maybe a little more if its the right one. PM me pics and description.
