I am having the same issues of not having heard back from MarcusAR10 yet, regarding stripped upper receivers I purchased from him.

I would assume that if he's able to edit/post threads on here, then he would have been able to reply to my PM that was sent before he made those threads/revisions as well.

I'll wait and see, but it has been roughly a week already since payment was sent with no update.
