This is a custom barrel for Stiller Tac338 action chambered in 338 Lapua. It was manufactured by Mike Rock at Rock Creek Barrels, has 1-9.3 twist, Stainless Steel, fluted, muzzle threaded at 5/8x24. It was chambered and finished by Harold Fredd in Wisconsin (a master gunsmith recommended by Mike Rock). It has 65 rounds fired. It is a very accurate barrel. The TAC338 was a switch barrel setup and once the longer barrel was installed, I never went back to this one.
This barrel would shoot 300smk at 2600fps with medium RL33 loads. If you live in the state that allows the use of suppressors, that would be a great setup. Please feel free to ask questions.
