So heres the story, worn a few times. $550 worth of stuff on this PC. Used a chicago screw to keep the MOLLE sleeve positioned on the elastic cummberbund as well as the provided velcro. Replacement elastic cummerbund is $30 and the MOLLE cummerbund sleeve is $50 so $80 total to replace everything. It is still fully functional this way and I used a soldering iron so the fabric would not fray. Anyways, Im thinking $275
