Khaki Phantom CIRAS replica armor carrier with brand new IIIA BALCS panels. The Phantom is an Asian knock-off of the Eagle CIRAS Land. The release feature does not work on this vest however. It has seen very no use and is in excellent condition. It is size medium.
Ballistic panels are kevlar and spectra for protection from high velocity 9mm and .44 magnum rounds and fragmentation in an affordable package from Rhino Armor (made in the U.S.A.).
The vest is a size Medium but the panels are a size Large. Vest will adjust up to a Xlarge or down to a small. The vest also has provisions to hold up to Xlarge sapi plates.
