              how come the one on the link looks different? with the illumination knob at a different spot.

                Cuz that's a different model. One from IOR link has side paralax adjustment so the lited reticle knob is moved to the eye piece. The one for sale is front adjusting paralax and reticle knob is at the place of paralax knob.

                  Thanks for the explanation. I updated to first post to minimize confusion. The scope for sale is the model prior to the one available.
