Once used AR10 Jig

I have a (once use once) AR10 jig that I purchased from Elite Tactical and worker perfectly, and it has some slight scuff marks from the drill touching the guide but is VERY solid (not those flimsy jigs I see all the time). Complete with pocket cout out. Price $85. (half of what I paid so you can buy new top templates and still save money. Willing to trade for Magpul PRS stock (plus I will pay some cash).
