The P320 is a modular firearm. The serial number is on the fire control group and that is the part that requires an FFL. The Conversion kits are not serialized and lack the fire control group to make it a complete firearm. The frame has a window on the size to allow the serial number of a fire control group to be seen when assembled.


NO FFL is required for the sale of this kit.
