Brand new in box Troy 308 Battle Rail

I got it at a discounter and I have BOTH the Armalite and the DPMS mounting bolt, you tell me which one you want (it doesn't come with both, keeping the other one for experimental purposes, long story).

I bought this two weeks ago at a discounter with no returns, it just came in today, I really, really like these rails, I have one on my 7.62x39 AR. BUT... it doesn't fit on my latest Franken-AR, I'm using an Osprey Defense piston system for a .308 (which they don't do).

I'm seeing if I can piece together kits for people to upgrade their .308 rifles to a piston system dependably. Handguards are an issue, because the inner diameter has to be at least 1.85" to clear the piston system by .025, if not more to be on the safe side.

That means I tried to slide these rails over the piston system, it wouldn't go, so I put it back in the box. Rather than try to argue about returning it, I decided to try to put it on here for what I paid for it.
