Used but in excellent condition. Awesome bright green laser, holds zero after firing dozens of rounds. I lost one of the screws but Crimson Trace's excellent customer service sent me an entire accessory pack to replace it, no charge.
So it comes with extra everything including battery. I really like it but it does not work in my favorite IWB holster so it's gotta go.
