Is this legal to install or does that 922R thing make it not possible?

I am not sure exactly about the 922r laws. I know I have had benelli m1s90 all factory parts including +2 which i sold to a buddy of mine. Turners dros'd it with out any hassel. I have never had anyone come and inspect my shotgun at the range to make sure there is us made parts on it. I am sure there is others on here that can point you in the right direction.
