Both are brand new in the box, I haven't taken them out. The AR receiver is 80% complete, all it needs is a couple things done and you have a complete AR lower receiver. The PSA lower parts kit is complete.
There has been a little speculation on the receiver being 95% so here is the email I have straight from the company;
"We machine out the rear lug pocket. Most do not do that. The "95%" is also somewhat of a marketing term created by our former management since the ATF approval letter said that is as far as anyone could legally go with them and still not be classified as a firearm."
