This is the AR10 model but I used it on my AR15 just fine. The only difference is the cheek rest is slightly shorter to clear the longer pull of the AR10 charging handle. All hardware included. I personally never use the adjustments so it was pretty pointless for me. I went to a A2 stock and called it a day.
