Brand new pair. I bought two sets and put one on my Marlin 99M1.
They are great sights. I can post a pic if you need me too, just ask, but just look up Model 60 Tech Sights and you will see what they are. They are a vast improvement over standard sights and install in minutes with no modification needed.
