SOLD - WTS: KTO 80% SIG P226/228 Receiver frame with used parts kit

As the title implies. KTO has gone out of business and I snagged one of their sig frames with a parts kit from gunbroker. Unfortunately due to some family related events. I no longer need this kit and will prolly never finish it. Asking for $325 for the sig frame (what I paid for it) and $170 for the parts kit (also what I paid for so I'm just trying to break even.) The parts kit does not come with a magazine. I will not ship. I live in Santa Clarita and will not leave LA County. I am willing to trade but please dont low ball me as "Will you take a ziploc bag of .22 and 9mm ammo for your parts?" Are just going to be ignored. I have pictures and will provide them soon.

Also please note, As much as I do want to sell this kit, if you do not have any machining experience, this project will be very difficult and I recommend just buying a P228 instead of this kit. Thank you.
