my Bear Creek upper, with CH and BCG. Chamber is .223 wylde, 1:9 twist. Has about 90 rounds through it, added magpul handguard and hand stop, truglo red/green dot needs a riser to co-witness. RBUS is UTG flip up, cheap but it works.
