Are you a ammunition manufacturer licensed with BATF?
I'm pretty sure you need an FFL to be in the ammunition manufacturing business.
If you have all needed licensing and bonding then I'm interested, I live in Sonoma County and can travel to Marin no problem for a good deal.
If you don't meet all the requirements to load and then sell ammo you should remove the post because ATF and DOJ have been known to troll this site and others like it, especially Gunbroker.
My understanding is that you can deal ammo from a licensed manufacturer all day long without a license but you cannot load or reload and sell ammo without an FFL.Comment

Thanks guys. Only sold firearms before...never ammo. Coulda sworn I'd seen reloaded ammo on the various forums and gunbroker, but obviously I'm wrong.
Thanks for the advice.Last edited by TheGrownUpKid; 07-17-2013, 10:03 PM.Which came first: the gun or the ammo?Comment

Wait a second. I could be wrong. It seems to be if you are reloading for profit you need an FFL.
Check this info out.
