                  Incorrect! The lower is considered the firearm by the state of CA. It will need to go through an FFL. This IS the correct forum.

                              Actually Joe'Bronco!! Lol 80% lowers are NOT Firearms. They are merely paperweights until they are milled. But OP... Your still in the wrong forum, make a post in the Firearm Accessories section.
