.223 Brass Processing. Who does it now?

2X I tried to contact Matt on CG to ask if he would process 5K pcs of .223 brass for me but no reply. I've used him in the past several times and was happy with his service.

Does anyone know who does it now?

I don't mind shipping them off to get processed but would like to know if someone local (San Diego 92126) could do them for a reasonable price.

Please let me know if you guys have had .223 brass processed recently and who did it.

    TIA

I use to use Matt as well. I think he got out of it.

    Waiting to hear the responses.

A RCBS primer swaging tool will do that for you

Or you can get a reamer tool and stick it into a drill or one of the case prep machines that RCBS or Hornady sell.

If you're talking about Matt in Arcadia, then yes, he's out of it. He only sells processed brass now. I can't say I blame him too much, it's a PITA.

What would be considered reasonable pricing to process 1000 pcs? What does it involve? crimp removal? sizing? tumbling?
If it makes economic sense I might be interested in doing it. I have a 1050 with a carbide sizer setup.

$30/1K is reasonable and that includes everything you just mentioned. Tumbling, sizing, trimming and crimp removal (swaging).

Yeah I was. PITA for sure. I didn't know he selling though. I have not seen any gunbroker auctions. I will have to call him up.

Taking military and non-military once fired brass.

                      Deprime
                      Swage
                      Clean
                      Resize
                      Trim
                      chamfer
                      deburr
                      Clean

The brass will be ready to be primed
                      filled with powder
                      bullet seated

Let me know if anyone can do this locally or by mail
