The item in the top center of the picture is the tool head for a Star Universal loader. The various tubes and parts fit this machine. However, the base of the machine is missing. Possibly you have overlooked it? More likely this tool head was an extra so the machine could be changed over to switch calibers.

This was all that was in the box, no other reloading or firearm related equipment around. Looks like the tool head sells for $400 alone, so I think the $300 I have this all listed for is fair.
