I'm not a progressive loader so this, as far as I'm concerned,new but because it has been assembled and the box opened I'll call used...a RCBS Progressive Press, in the box, included with an Universal decapping die and powder indicator die and a primer strip press. The unit goes for about $550 retail, new...I'll let it go for $400, shipped or if you're in the San Diego area for pick-up....check the photos.
