Mildly corrosive, if you run a slight amount of windex with ammonia after usage you'll be fine. I currently use the same type of ammo and so far everything is fine so far. Chrome lined barrels do great with this ammo, just gotta take 5 minutes to clean up the salt from the ammo. Not for the lazy people, there is a great ak-74 2 part vid on how to clean corrosive with windex and then spraying it with oil on youtube
