From what little I know (pending mfg. headstamp), a whole bunch of 9mm HP/++P surplus ..... came in from Israel and other countries. This ammo is in WCC brass... NATO. Hmm.

It is loaded to substantially higher pressures than you would safely use in a handgun. You can tune your handguns with springs or use this ammo in carbines (Ruger, Marlin, etc.).

The WCC brass would be good quality but needs to be processed (crimp, etc.) before reloading. If he's selling it with the lacquer seal intact, it's a reasonable bet that he's not selling reloads. Maybe.

This is used is m9 berretta, CZ, sigs, all nato military service pistols around the world. Its a popular misconception that the pressure is too high on NATO spec 9 mm and is for smgs--simply not true. The service pressure Pmax of the 9 mm NATO is rated at 252 MPa (36,550 psi).The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Institute (SAAMI) has set a pressure ceiling for standard pressure 9mm Para at 35,000 pounds per square inch (psi). not so far off, eh? source: http://www.gun-tests.com/issues/17_3...es/5231-1.html
