The $23 per box price is only is you buy all 500 ($230 for 500 rounds - 10 boxes).
Theres also one catch: Transaction must be done on September 12th. I can meet at any FFL in the Roseville, CA area most of the day, or in the Folsom, CA area (around 4-5PM only)
