Is the shellholder press on spring loaded? In other words can I use an rcbs style shell holder on it? Or does it have an allen bolt set screw?

Looks like there is a set screw which can be seen in the pic.
I'm not familiar with any rcbs stuff. I have used this press and a Dillon.
