The ammo that I have is factory 31 and produced in 1958, Vietnam era and is considered AP. The steel core is not mild, it actually is hard steel and very accurate. In this case I will value the 150 on striped clips that I have for $175 but I'm not interested to sell it just to trade for Winchester M22 lr

      True military ammo
Can you provide documentation on this ammo? Specifically the data regarding the fact it's Vietnam era true AP w/ factory 31 made in 1958 ?

Since your asking over $1 per round for trade value, it would also be a good idea to post some pictures of this extremely rare AP ammo you have. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who wants to see it.

This ammo is the real deal
I did check the inter-webs. I know how to use the internet, thanks. There is nothing, no documentation whatsoever about vietnam era chinese x39 being manufactured with hardened steel projectiles and being real, true, AP. Or anything specific to headstamp 58 over 31 being what you said.

Where do you get your information from?

Knowledge is POWER , you should try it some times.

            Have a nice day punk
It's called API. And according to those smart, old dudes on Falfiles all True AP 7.62x39 is manufactured with a segmented bullet and has painted tips for identification.

Your ammo has neither identifier. And you refuse to provide any documentation to prove what you are selling is real, even after I asked you 2x. (probably because it doesn't exist ?).

Gun forum members tend to be more savvy. You will probably have better luck peddling that stuff as AP at a gun show. Try painting the tips with a sharpie, sometimes that works on dupes.

            Good luck with your con.
