Does anyone have experience with this Optic?
How is the clarity with only a 32mm lens and 8x?
I have only previously used an ACOG, so I don't have any idea how this will compare.

I was also considering this 3-9X40 Nikon.

Ive been watching and reading there are some very good reviews out there.
I guess the "nikoplex" seems unnecessarily complicated to me, I would rather not have to take my hands/ eyes off target and gun to engage targets at different distances.

that's an added feature...you can still use the BDC reticle system. (edit: This one is Niknplex...but there are models that still use BDC)


I'm on the fence on this. I've been wanting a M-223 scope for a while but still sale broke from Christmas.

Optics sales are around a lot - a lot of Bushnell in the last couple months. Sticking with my Aimpoint PRO, but I like seeing these deals.

I have not seen Nikons go this low...ever. Ive seen the P-223 go as low as $100 once but never seen the M-223 go under $200 or close to it. With coupon code this one came out to $173 shipped!

Is the reticle on this in the 1st focal plane? Couldn't tell from their site.

OK, I decided im backing away from this awesome deal.

Instead I will get a geissele trigger for my current P223 scoped AR to make it better at 400-500 yards. I noticed my milspec trigger sucks when I try to shoot past 300 yards.

I just want to say thank you soooOOOO MUCH for this. Now I am $172.99 shipped poorer (I know that's not a word).

I guess I cant complain, the M-223 is a great scope and this is a killer price. Worst case, I change my mind and sell to a friend at cost easily.
