Any FDE AR15 stripped lower deals?

I've been trying to buy a stripped lower in FDE. I see that
Aero precision has their BLEM FDE lower for $75. This price has been there for a while. My guess it's not a hot price? Does anyone has experience with their BLEM lowers? How blemished are they typically? I'd also like some suggestions regarding where else to look. Thanks.

No personal experience, but I've heard the name, and haven't heard anything bad. It appears that he's (Chris Schuyler) running his web store through NFDN's service, kind of like private sellers using Amazon stores. I think you're g2g.
