Not a big fan of the emitter at 6 o'clock for a lower 1/3 co-witness setup. Had one like this and sold it. I believe in later revs they moved it to 4:30 to address this.

Per Marshall on ARF, "The blems listed on eBay will say. If there are any specs on the glass they will be so small you would probably not even see them if we didn't tell you."
