I've got the Tall version of this in green and love it. It's comfortable and keeps me as dry as anything else I've ever had, even in that miserable misty sideways rain. I recommend it. There's lots of different colors, and apparently different part numbers to other links of the same thing, and the tall one is also in the rock-bottom-deals. If you don't want the large red one, look around and you'll find other sizes and colors.
