Ruger SR22 w/3 mags, ammo $282

I debated posting this but it's a pretty good deal for the price. A Ruger SR22 for $282 plus with the Ruger promo you get an extra mag and 222rds of ammo to go shoot. This gun will obviously need to be SSE'd in.

They ship to CA but you'll have to find a FFL that will SSE the SR22 (not that many do). Also the promo excludes CA. You get a $50 gift card to shopruger
