Got one! First I put it in my cart, then I screwed around so long looking for something else to buy to get the $49 free shipping that it went OOS. Left the other stuff (shotgun shells) in cart and kept checking back from time to time. .22 came back in stock, and this time I was ready.

Shotgun shells were not a bad deal either. Cabela's is one of the few places that sells No. 1 Buck. Remington #1 was $5.50 for five, and they have a rebate of $5 if you buy at least four boxes. Bought five boxes, with the rebate its $0.90 per round, the .22 was under $0.05 per round, free shipping and no tax. Its almost like the world is back to normal.

Actually that's pretty good.

For the Federal automatch they had in stock off and on the past couple weeks, shipping was 5.95 totaling to 23.94 for 325rnds @ $0.0736/rnd.
$4 shipping would put it at 21.99 to my front door or $0.0676/rnd.

Was contemplating getting a Cabela's club card just for the $4 flat rate shipping.
Apply that to cases of shotgun ammo or the like and you save even more...

Accumulating points on ammo purchases would be pretty cool too.
