Just received a shipping notice for the 9mm, weird?

I asked to cancel after I received the insulting email!

Emailed Anthony too. I had already said I would simply go with one box at the discounted rate when I received notice that my order (more than the one box) had shipped. His reply was that there is still a delay in shipping "due to this confusion." Sounds like they're doing everything they can to prevent anyone receiving more than "one box" of either the 9mm or 40 cal. at the discounted rate.

In the end, I asked to have one of each caliber as advertised. Heres where the new problem is - He has to charge me shipping for two different ONE box orders... I asked him to consolidate as one order of two boxes. He said he can't consolidate the order. f*^#$ really?!

Freedom - good overall prices and ammo...but NOT FANTASTIC enough that you can have shi^ customer service too and I'll still spend my money there.

Thats crap. Just ordered 1500 rds of 2 different Cals and they just took 3 boxes and packing taped them together. They only charged me shipping for 1

They should just blame the confusion on auto complete =)
If they truly believe that 'Limit 1 use per customer' is supposed to translate into one order, one box per coupon, the sad sack that came up with the disclaimer text needs to go back to high school with a full-on dunce cap...
Even more insulting when they circle the disclaimer as justification...Circling it doesn't change the text, unless you are in Obama land....

Agreed they could have corrected their mistake in a different way, but I think a lot of you are overreacting.

Definitely not enough reason to stop buying from them - they offer cheap, quality ammo, and for the most part have great customer service. Also, it's hard to find better pricing anywhere. I go where the prices go.

No, but I did get a boost from your response though . A while ago Cabelas had a coupon for 20% off an item with free shipping, people ordered a bunch of single items and most had them cancelled. The vendor saw people taking advantage of an offer and rectified it. No different from here.
