Just go to the register and get the cup. It's small of course. They have this every year.

My 7/11 had a special display near the dispenser with small cups stacked and straws. They were cheaping out a bit though and not allowing caps on the free small slurpees. It was a bit frustrating since I have a 2yr old but he managed without spilling.

Most of the locations I have been to have been flexible about requiring the phone if you at least have the barcode. More so on the Slurpee that the other items.

YMMV of course.
