Everything you said is true. Go with LAPG if you plan on throwing in something non-5.11 or you're trying to earn of the giveaways, if not 5.11 site itself gives free ship with $25+ purchase.

Pretty much, I had $21 of a few shirts and didn't really want anything else, then ended up spending $40 more.
