You don't have to SSE these at Orange County Firearms, no matter the SKU or if it's the 14 round or 10 round version (can't keep the mags unless they're blocked, though, or you're LEO).

I LOVE this pistol. Got a trigger job from CZ Custom Shop on it and it is the best pistol in the UNIVERSE. (I may be biased.....a little).

I have one that doesn't get shot very much. Still prefer to shoot my 1911 9mm over the CZ. However I can't seem to convince myself to sell it.

I was the same way. Get a trigger job from CZ Custom or Cajun Gun Works. Costs a bit and a pain to ship your pistol around, but you will LOVE IT, especially being a 1911 guy and being spoiled by awesome triggers.

You mean he won't charge the SSE fee?

The safety version of the SP-01 is on the CA Roster until 1/31/15

Yeah that one has a SKU number that starts with "0". He said the SKU number doesn't matter so I'm trying to figure out what he means by that

It would be nice if he means that OCF won't charge SSE fee for the off roster models

Very interesting. So you're saying that if I buy SP-01 91152 online and have it shipped with factory 10 round mags, the receiving ffl should transfer it as SP-01 01152? Has anyone confirmed this? What if the box still shows a SKU of 91152?

check with your FFL what the DROS drop down menu requires to enter for the SP-01. If no SKU is require, I BELIEVE the 14 round/10 round switch should be OK. Off course not all FFLs are willing to do this so you need to fine one that will.

This for sure works for the P-01 though? Assuming I can actually find a P-01 for sale lol

My P-01 arrives at my FFL tomorrow. My FFL looked into it and gave me the green light to purchase. I will let you know in 11 days.
