I've had one of these for some time now, don't know if exactly the same, but sure looks like it.

That said, it was compact was some what easy to use, but the only draw back was the fuel, when burning, it smelled something terrible like really rotten nasty fish. I don't use it anymore...

Different company make folding hexamine stoves like this. I have a few of these for my cars and emergency kits. I carry and titanium one in my solo backpacking kit. Coghlan makes a cheap one, same with esbit.
