I have had trouble with this company creating tracking labels even when they don't have the product ready to ship. You will eventually get what you order, but the fact that they gave you a tracking number does not necessarily mean your item has shipped/is shipping like it would with other vendors.

Yes, we've got a stack of orders that are backorders that will be fulfilled shortly, the original batch went out very quick thanks to Facebook and Instagram (Instagram is the next big platform since FB is so anti gun... check it out! http://instagram.com/weaponoutfitters)

I had to find this thread because someone has informed VLTOR about my use of logged in pricing... but since this price got advertised in this thread, i'll have to remove it until I can get a better clarification about the MAP policy.

Thankfully, my cart system is extremely powerful and I can also make it so the pricing only shows up with adding it to the cart... but I still have to check with VLTOR.

Lastly, if you ever have any issues with service or your order, please do give me a chance to make it right and e-mail me directly (roy @) or use Facebook to message me directly. I also check Calguns frequently.

If you've received a tracking number but have not received confirmation of actual shipment, please be patient -- if it's anything that I'm used to doing, it's actually somewhat easier to generate the tracking information soon after the order is created than it is to revisit and generate one later. I know that sounds a little ridiculous, but it is true to an extent if you have a large operation going on.

And I'm probably the only one who hasn't taken advantage of this deal, haha
I'm so used to VLTOR uppers now that I don't even flinch when I see them, even if they're on sale

Great deal if it's still on, I've ordered sprinco springs from weaponsoutfitters and they're GTG. Items got here fast, i wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I didn't know you guys had an FB? Also facebook owns instagram so, might be just a matter of time before they go after that platform as well.

I just read your thread, and i'm very sorry about how your order was handled a year ago. I saw you used our email contact form, and for a few months, it just wasn't working right and we never got a lot of the "contact us" emails... yeah, I was shocked when I found that out, because I see I get 5-10 emails through that system now! I must have missed hundreds of emails, and for that I'm very sorry!

Our systems a year ago was admittedly, vastly inferior to the communication and logistics we've got now but we're still improving.

As for anyone else who runs into issues: please do PM me here, e-mail, or heck, Facebook us directly if you have any problems and give us a chance to make things right.
